•BF-BT is a solid solution formed by the classic materials Bismuth Ferrite (BiFeO3) and Barium Titanate (BaTiO3), retaining the high Curie temperature (TC) of BF. Its T_C is ~450-500 oC. It exhibits good piezoelectric performance (d₃₃ ~ 150-210 pC/N), with the piezoelectric properties remaining stable up to 200 oC and even higher. Its temperature stability significantly surpasses that of other common lead-free piezoelectric materials, making it the preferred choice for high-temperature piezoelectric applications.
